We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. East43 reserves the right to make changes to product description and pricing from time to time as we see fit.
Please note that returns are only accepted on full price items. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Should you wish to arrange a return, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item at firstname.lastname@example.org and include a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Any item returned will require the following;
-proof of purchase,
-the original label to be intact,
-the garment to not be worn, washed or damaged in any way,
– be in the original condition and packaging.
We do not offer cash refunds on returned goods however will gladly exchange for a different size or a store credit note.
A refund will only be possible if the item is faulty. In that instance please contact email@example.com with photos and, after we have received the item and reviewed the fault, we will discuss the refund process.
A store Credit Note will be emailed to you upon receipt of the initial item, and after having met the requirements listed above. This Credit Note can then be used for in store or online purchases. It does not include the freight costs.
EAST43 will accept your return merchandise if it is received within a 7 day period for domestic purchases and 14 days for International purchases.
These time frames need to be met in order to receive the exchanged item or store credit note.
East43 will not be liable for return shipping costs or shipping on exchanged items.
